A: A real one, I'm getting one for the first time this year! I'm so excited.

A: I don't really know, I love everything!

A: Elf, like I already said.

Q: Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?
A: Me and my family usually open one present.
Q: As a kid what was the one (crazy, wild, extravagant) gift you always asked for but never received?
A: Nothing really. I always wanted a dog but it turns out I'm more of a cat person anyways!

:: Recent(ish) Buys ::

Hello Everyone!
Because I went to pick up a few things from my drugstore yesterday, I thought I'd make a post of some of my recent buys. Some of these I only got yesterday so I haven't even got a chance to try, and some I got a few weeks ago (I think). So recentish. If I haven't tried it yet, I will let you know.
And sorry for the crappy photo quality. It looked good, so I don't know what happened to it.

1: Elf Blush in Twinkle Pink. It is lighter then it is in the photo. I've heard about elf before, but I've never tried any of their products and when I saw a display for it, I thought I would try something. I have almost no blushes so I grabbed one of those. I haven't tried it yet, but I really like the packaging! It even has a little mirror inside. This was $3.99.

2: Avon Festive Flavors Lip Balm in Gingerbread. I tried a Halloween version of this and really liked it, so I thought that I would try a Christmas one. I got it a while ago but I still haven't opened it because I'm waiting until closer to Christmas. It has really cute packaging and I got it for only 69¢.

3: Annabelle Big Show Nail Polish in Party Red-Y. I saw this in a clearance bin and thought that I would give it a try because I like the color, but I haven't tried it yet. It was $1.99.

4: The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Stain. I am subscribed to the Body Shop's emails, and as soon as I saw this I knew I had to get it! The packaging is SO cute. I have been using it as a cheek stain and it actually works really well because it is not to dark. It was around $15.00.

5: L'oreal Paris Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black. I have heard really good reviews of this mascara and I thought that I would give it a try. I used it this morning and it seemed good, but I can't really say anything about it yet. It was around $9.00.

6: L'oreal Paris Sublime Fresh Purifying Cleanser Mousse. I saw this in a magazine and I thought that I'd try it out. I haven't used it yet so I can't really say how it is yet. It was around $12.00.
I hope that you guys didn't mind me ranting to much!

Have you tried any of these? What do you think of them?

-Tan felt
-Light pink felt
-Yellow felt
-Matching thread
-Stuffing

1) Sew all of the tan pieces onto the body
2) Sew the collar onto the body.

4) Sew on the back and stuff him up!

Also, when I made my last post, some people had never heard of or seen Bee and Puppycat, which is totally understandable. Yesterday I found this picture that totally sums it up.

:: Study Tips ::

Hello everyone!
I had WAY more tests then usual this week. So I though it was time to make a study tips post!
Just to let you know, things that work for me might not work for you.

1) Be Organized
This is something to do even before you know you have a test. Always take notes in class, and try to keep them organized. Last year I wrote everywhere and doodled over everything. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against doodling. Just doodle on a separate page!

2) Study
Actually study. Even five minutes is better then nothing at all!

3) Remind Yourself Why You're Studying
Before you start studying remind yourself of your dreams. I find this is a huge motivation for me!

4) Listen to Study Music
Don't listen to your absolute favorite songs that you get really into. It just distracts you to much! I like to listen to Cour de Pirate, because its really calm and soothing, and besides, its in French so I can't sing along.

5) Use Your Notes
I personally like to go over my notes and highlight them, and sometimes write the key points on a separate page. Also, be sure to look in your textbook to see if you are missing notes from any sections. If you are, take some notes from it!

6) Relax
After you're done, do something like drinking tea, eat some chocolate, read a book, take a bubblebath, or all four! You're not going to do very well if you are too stressed to think.

I hope you do great on any test you may have!

:: October Favorites ::

Hello everyone!

I can't believe that October is already gone. It seems like it went by so fast! However, it also seems like I did a million things this month. So much happened in a mere 31 days! So here we are again at another monthly favorites post.

Before we start, I want to apologize for my photos (and lack of). From now on, they may not be as good as usual. Thats because the sun is setting SO fast now.

You may be able to tell by now that this is going to be another one of my rambling posts. So please, bear with me. Or just skip over a bunch of stuff. Whatever you want!

Some of my favorite posts from October are my Ghost Plushie, my Witch BroochMini Pumpkin Chai Pies {Dairy + Gluten Free}, an OOTD, and homemade Apple Cinnamon Tea.

Some of my beauty favorites from this month are:
1) Honeymania Cream Body Scrub from the Body Shop. I love this stuff! It is both a perfect exfoliater and moisturizer. Plus, it smells lovely!
2) Essie nail polish in Forever Yummy. With two coats, it is a perfect cranberry color. Plus, red nail polish is the only color I wear because it is the only one I don't get sick of.
3) NYX glam shadow (I don't know the color). This eyeshadow is a perfect sparkly nude that I wear everyday.
4) Pink Chiffon Shea & Vitamin E body lotion from Bath & Body Works. I love this lotion! It is moisturizing and smells like, well, pink chiffon.
5) Avon Halloween Treat lip balm in Pumpkin Spice. I've already said moisturising a million times in this post, but I'm going to say it again. Lots of scented lip glosses don't actually moisturize, but this one does and smells lovely while doing it.

Pumpkin chai tea from Davids Tea. I absolutely LOVE this stuff! I only got 30g at first, but then I went back and got a 100g tin because it was only available in October.

Pumpkin Apple scented candle from Bath & Body works. It smells absolutely amazing!
Music:
1989 by Taylor Swift. I love her new album! I've been obsessing over it ever since it came out.
Legally Blonde the Musical Soundtrack: I'm in a version of the musical, and I love it! Its so much fun.

Anyways, I hope you all had a great October and have a even better November.
