::Big Al::

Hey guys! Today I'm going to tell you about my cat. :)

His name is Big Al, and I got him about 3 years ago from an animal shelter. He's a not-so-little chatty tuxedo boy. :)
He likes meowing at me, cuddling, sleeping, going outside on his harness, and he likes Party Mix and Temptations. :)

He likes sleeping in my dresser.
He likes climbing on ladders.
He likes the Hunger Games almost as much as I do. :)

Do you have a cat?

::Sailor Moon::

Back from my blogging break!
A new version of Sailor Moon is coming out on July 5th!Here is the trailer:
So, in honor of it, I thought that I'd make a Sailor Moon bow. And when I couldn't find a good tutorial, I made my own!
(Sorry, the lighting was really bad when I took these photos)
You will need: red thread, a needle, red felt in the shapes shown, a button, and a small  elastic band.
Use the elastic band to make the rectangle piece of felt into a bow.
Sew the small rectangle onto the bow
Sew on the tails
Sew on the button.

Enjoy!

::Life Right Now::

Life right now is crazy. I've been really busy, so I think its time for a blogging break. I've made a few little things here and there, but nothing much. I should probably be back in about a week, though! (I told you it was a "little" blogging break, lol)

Have a wonderful week everybody, and stay amazing. :)

::Bunny Bookmark::

Bunny Bookmark
So I made this little bunny bookmark today. Sorry for the bad photo! What do you think? I would love suggestions on how to make it better, don't be afraid to share your opinion!

I'm also looking for suggestions on my overall projects. I'm trying to make things that people would actually buy, so any comments would be very appreciated!

Coffee Cup Card
Today I made a little coffee cup card for a friend. It is a perfect little thank you card for a friend that loves coffee/tea! I found a photo of a coffee cup on Google and made a pattern based on it. If you would like a full pattern and instructions just let me know. :)

Don't forget some cute washi tape to seal the envelope! You buy my favorite here.

::Moisturizing Green Tea Lip Balm DIY::

Green Tea Lip Balm DIY
I was inspired to make this lip balm by this post on Henry Happened. I didn't really want to make is spf, though. I made some lip gloss a while ago that was super moisturizing, so I decided to add a little green tea to it.

*A word about coconut oil: If you celiac and a baker like me, you will probably have a big tub of coconut oil somewhere nearby. You can get it at health food stores or at Costco. If you use it, it would be good to microwave it for about 25 seconds. Just use the solid like part, not the completely melted stuff. :) You can also leave it out, but I don't know if the lip gloss would work as well. If you don't use it, please tell me how it turns out!*

Materials:
1 tsp honey
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 tbsp vasoline
Green tea bag
Lip gloss container

Melt the coconut oil for about 25 seconds. Put the soft part of the coconut oil in another container and mix with the vasoline and honey. Steep the green tea in a little bit of water for about 3 minutes so it is very strong. Mix it all together and put it in your lip gloss container.

Enjoy!

::DIY Bunny Coin Purse::

Cute Bunny Coin Purse
I went to a thrift store on Tuesday night and got this little coin purse for $2.00. (Have I ever mentioned how much I love thrift stores?) It also has a really cute pink lining. I thought that it would be perfect to add a little bunny to!

So, without further ado, here is the tutorial!

Materials:
-Coin Purse
-White felt
-Black felt
-Pink felt
-Blush (Optional)

Cute Bunny Coin Purse DIY
1)      Cut a bunny shape out of white felt that would fit on your coin purse. (If you would like a pattern, just ask. :))
2)      Sew eyes and a nose onto the bunny's face.
3)      Add blush to it using this tutorial.
4)      Sew the bunny onto your coin purse, using very small stitches. It might also help to sew between the layers of the coin purse, if you can. :)

Thats it!

::Hairspray::

Soooo, as you can probably tell, I went to see a version of Hairspray today. It was amazing! My only complaint about it would be that Link had a bald spot.....haha :)

Sorry for the brief update, but I will be getting back to posting tutorials very soon. :)

::What's In My Bag?::

I've seen a few bloggers do posts like this, and I thought that it would be fun for me to do one, too!
So this is basically what I would throw in my bag if I was going to go out somewhere.
After I took the photos, I realized that there was a kind of woodland theme. Not planned!
So, without further ado, here is what is in my bag.
The bag itself is pretty old. Its from Claire's, and I'm probably going to get a new one sometime.
I got the glasses case from Stitches a few days ago. I think I got the sunglasses from Old Navy, but I'm not sure, they're pretty old. :)
I got this wallet from a little gift store last summer, and its really good. :)
Just some Kleenex and emergency nail files. You never know when you might need them!
Eos hand cream and lip gloss. I love that stuff.
And last but not least, my Ipod nano. I love it because its so small and portable, and I use it all the time. :)

Thats it! If you would like to know where to get anything, just ask. I'm sure that I could find a link. :)
